PICK UP POLICY

FOR SPECIAL ORDERS & PRE-ORDERS

FOR ONLINE ORDERS

Upon pick up, all customers must present the invoice issued at time of purchase. A photo of your invoice or an emailed invoice will suffice. Items will not be released unless verified.

All customers must provide either the "pick up ready" email or order number. Items will not be released unless verified.

Orders held for more than (1) one week are not able to be refunded. 

Paid orders held for more than (1) one week are not able to be refunded. 

We are not responsible for any damage or missing pieces on items held for more than (1) one week.

Offline payment orders that are not picked up and paid for after (1) one week will be cancelled and returned to inventory.

Please keep a record of your invoice, as this will help us verify your order.
